The Stillness of Winter Part 2 - New inspiration and my studio buddy
Now, I may have mentioned before how I am solar powered 😊
This seriously affects my art output in the winter. The
last piece I created was outdoors last month as part of my latest series I
started in May. My studio is small and gets very cold in the winter however,
rather than have a major lull this year as usual, I have switched my
productivity to making jewellery for the Christmas period.
Over the summer I sorted and organised every last bead I possess
down to multiple tiny seed beads – it was a true labour of love.
Tiger, my resident studio muse and all-round awesome ginger
dude came to join me to offer a few suggestions on the creative output. He was
most fond of settling himself on my knee very precariously right before I
needed to get up and grab something!
Next stop – Christmas pop-up shops.
